My art week @Wallartbyemily by Emily Duchscherer Kirk
Good morning everyone welcome to my art blog,
I hope you are all having a good start to the week.
If not just think it’s Christmas in two weeks!
Time to eat, drink and be merry.
I’ve been coughing, dealing with a sore throat and feverish for a few weeks now and looking after my little man with the same cold.
I haven’t been in the studio at all for 3 weeks and have missed it so much!
I’ve attended weekend events and my technical IT guru (hubby) and I have been looking at my website and have made it very easy to navigate.
I’m loving the new front page, we’ve also made it easy to find what you want with sections for each type of artwork.
Speaking of sections one other new development @wallartbyemily are prints. I have used an excellent printing place in Bristol that specialise in artwork copies.
The detail and depth is amazing, two of my floral designs (Florence and Gold Digger) are now available to order https://www.emilyduchschererkirk.com/product-category/high-quality-prints-wallartbyemily-print-wall-art-original-artwork-floral-design/
The four designs I created a few weeks back will be available as prints very soon.
So back to this week.
I am going to be completing a 100 x 70 cm painting.
A floral inspiration something along the lines of Florence. I’m not sure about the rest of the detail yet i’ll be posting on Instagram this afternoon.
I will also be at Just Bears UK in the Quedam Centre, Yeovil at the weekend both Saturday and Sunday if you would like to come and browse my work.
Check out @wallartbyemily1 on twitter and @wallartbyemily on Facebook and Instagram daily posts on my artworks, events and art process.
I’m also doing competition posts to win free art during the Christmas period! There’s currently one that closes on Thursday 14th December. I will be doing a live post on Instagram to announce the winner on both social media platforms to win a print of Florence(photo above) and two runner up prizes.
I hope you all a have a great week,
Thank you all for reading.
